Exercise 1: Hold the exercise band from the middle, with your feet. Hold each end of the exercise band in each hand, and stretch the band up and forth as you bend the elbow on one of your arms from the waist. As you do so, you will feel your bicep muscles developing tension in them as you raise your hand up and forth. Every time, you should ensure that your elbow is slightly bent. Repeat this exercise alternative on each arm for approximately 8 to 10 times.
Exercise 2: The procedure for this exercise is the same as that for the first one, except that you are supposed to extend the exercise band outwards, from both the left and the right side of the body.
Exercise 3: The procedure for this exercise is also similar to the first one, except that you are required to pull the exercise band backwards, from both the left and right side of your body. This exercise is designed to specifically assist your triceps.
Lifting weights is also a popular and effective method to make your arms firm. You can lift weights while you are sitting on a chair or lying down on the floor, but what’s important is that you should initialize with lighter weights and the take small steps towards heavier weight when you are ready to do so. Do not rush yourself in the greed for quicker success.
